Cancellation/Refund Policy

REGISTRATION
A nonrefundable deposit of $600 is required to hold your place. The remainder of the full balance is due by 60 days prior to the adventure start date. You will receive an invoice via email after placing your reservation with payment instructions. We accept all major credit cards. Arrangements can be made for payment plans within the time frame.

TRIP
There is a minimum of 5 participants to confirm the trip. If there are not enough participants, it may be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded. We recommend not purchasing flights until the trip is confirmed. Should a trip be cancelled, you will be contacted immediately and receive a full refund of all trip fees or be allowed to transfer to another equivalent trip. If you prefer a refund, then it will be given within 2 weeks of the cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Mom and Kid Travels LLC , we are not responsible for any expenses (travel or lodging) incurred beyond the registration fees. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip/travel insurance.

CANCELLATION
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason within the 60 days before the trip start you will receive a 50% refund minus your deposit.
There will be no refunds given for any cancellation notices given within 30 days of a trip. If you have any questions about this policy please email marthanieset@gmail.com
